The Merry team’s experience ranges from casual events to the most formal weddings. Below we’ve included a few examples to  inspire you for your special day.

Katherine and Eric’s wedding reception was on the water at a Connecticut yacht club. They entered the party by boat, had an ice sculpture of their dog and the groom even serenaded his bride with the band during the party. This was a classy affair!

Stephanie and Ava's New Year's Eve wedding was a blast. The weekend started with friends creating the most gorgeous floral arrangements. A highlight was the emotional quality of their vows and their idea to do away with traditional table numbers and instead to featured different icons and shapes that held significance to them. We made sure each guest was adorned with hats and noisemakers for the countdown to midnight.

Joy & Andrew's big day was a rainy day in Brooklyn complete with the most beautiful flowers and warm comfort foods. The bride and her mother handmade each patterned napkin for the place settings that complemented Stems Brooklyn's gorgeous table garlands.

Located in Long Island City, NY, this wedding was the perfect balance of elegant and rustic. The event space had so many interesting elements, that decor needed to be minimal. Merry By Mia’s favorite memory from this wedding was setting up the flower details in the ceremony space and watching the flower girl (the bride’s niece) get in on the first dance with her aunt and new uncle.

This Brooklyn based wedding was on a hot summer day. The touches of rose gold throughout decor were perfectly elegant. Merry By Mia’s favorite moments included managing the flower girl puppy, Stella, and watching the special bond between the bride and her mother.

Anne and Leo’s wedding was on a bright January day. They had a ceremony with an altar of 5 full-sized Christmas trees, an aisle of faux fur rugs and centerpieces of birch branches. The day was filled with the perfect winter touches. The icing on the cake was that after their more traditional celebration, we headed downtown to a bar where hundreds of friends were waiting to party with them. Double the cakes, dance parties and speeches!

This wedding had the most beautiful fall day, a theme with our weddings! The Aqua Turf Club in Connecticut is a well-oiled machine of a venue. We had yard games ready for guests, a beautiful windmill was the back drop of photos and the world’s largest mums lined the steps of the chapel. The couple didn’t overlook a single thing with planning their day!

On the sunniest spring day in 2019, the cherry blossoms at the beautiful Brooklyn Botanic Gardens had just opened and created the perfect backdrop for Cara and Mark’s vows. The Palm House is one of our favorite locations, giving you all the beauty of the outdoors with the safety of being indoors. We have a hard time picking our favorite moment of the day… the florals, the family and wedding party, the tiny ring bearers. It’s these weddings where we walk away and think… how were we strangers with this couple only a few months ago?!

Audrey’s Farmhouse is a beautiful upstate venue complete with an old farmhouse for the couple to get ready in, a greenhouse for vows and a firepit to end the evening. You can tell by the photos that this wedding had the perfect color palette to match the greenery of their wedding space. With a separate space for dancing, a day-of coordinator was key for this wedding.

Wythe Hotel’s outdoor space for the ceremony gives you the beauty of the outdoors, but protects from the elements. Oyster shuckers, a fancy photo booth and a choreographed band kept the guests entertained. The night ended with an after party in the secret movie theater bar in the basement of the hotel.
